By availing of the products and services offered herein,
you agree to and acknowledge the following:that the copyright remains with the artist and they have the rights
to display, copy, license, and sell other copies of the work they create;that you may only use your purchased goods for personal use;that the artist does not offer these services nor creates any art for NFT use, and thus any use of their works as NFT's is an intellectual property crime;that the artist does not offer commercial rights
and thus you are not allowed to use your purchased goods
for such intents and purposes; andthat you may only use your purchased goods
for the sole purpose/s described in the package you availed of.
Otherwise, you must ask the permission of the artist
to use it for other means.
Failure to do so is an intellectual property crime.

You will receive an emote-type / badge-type artwork which you can use on your Twitch channel, Youtube channel, or Discord server.

for each emote/badge in 500x500px size.

FOR RUSH ORDERS:
Of the total amount of your commission, an additional fee of:
- 80% - for 3 days delivery
- 50% - for 5 days delivery
I do not accept rush orders that are less than 3 days.

The ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) is for reference only and may change depending on your position in the queue or my available time.I will contact you through your provided contact information to let you know your ETA.I will let you know if I won't be able to finish it in the time specified. After confirmation of your ETA and you agree to it, I will request a 50% downpayment before I begin working on your commission.I will update you on my progress through your contact information.After I send the sketch, you are given one request for revision not exceeding 50% of the current output. Additional charges will apply for revisions exceeding 50%.I will send a low-resolution output of the finished piece/s for your perusal. Once I confirm that the full payment has been transacted and received, only then would I send you the final output.
